Watch a special presentation of the Oscar-nominated documentary RBG, re-released as a tribute to the late Justice Ginsburg, who died September 18 at the age of 87. This intimate portrait of the Supreme Court justice chronicles Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s journey to the nation’s highest court and her fierce fight for women’s rights and equality. Filmmakers Julie Cohen and Betsy West also go behind the scenes of Ginsburg’s 25th term, when the legendary justice was 84.
Ginsburg was a pioneering figure in the struggle for women’s equality, a fight she maintained throughout her career. Despite her shy nature and soft voice, Ginsburg became known as “notorious” in some circles for her passionate dissents in landmark cases.
