Inside the MFAH Posts by Steve Pine


Steve Pine is the decorative arts conservator at the MFAH. He is a member of the American Institute for Conservation Collections Emergency Response Team (AIC-CERT) and chair of the Galveston-Houston Area Alliance for Response. After Hurricane Sandy, he volunteered for deployment to New York City for eight days to apply lessons learned from working with similar damage along the Gulf Coast following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Ike.
